I must be going crazy or I am bored here in Israel. A friend and I decide to ride 20 km for a coffee and Orange juice. Road back to the room while riding back we decided to do a triathlon swim 400 meter ride 20km and run 4.2km. Started at 9am with a temp of 80 when all complete it was over 90. I can't remember that last time I went swimming or ran for that matter. Can't wait to get back and ride with the RACC. 6 Weeks to go.

We will be out of the house next week and my phone/internet will be turned off. I will leave Germany on 5 February and will have my cell phone (01758870906) until then. I have also changed my email since I will no longer have T-com. My new email address is

I have also started a web blog. I figure that I will try and keep it updated weekly. It's nothing fancy but I think it will make it easy to stay in touch with many people at once:) The address is:

Rick, did you take these off the site? I'd like to see those again if someone has them, as I may pull my own home brew equipment back out, dust it off and put it to work.

A couple folks have asked me if my house was already taken. The answer is no:) The landlord did say if we know of anyone to please let her know. She will be listing it at the housing office if she doesn't hear from me by the end of the week. The only reason I'm posting this is because it is such a good location for MTBing:) The lady who owns it is pretty cool & you don't hear from her unless you call her. She is quick to respond to any problems and usually can have whatever it is repaired ...

Sara has been selected for a new job in North Carolina and has excepted their offer:) Although we have no official departure date (we should know by Monday) we are expecting this to happen quickly. I plan on making as many rides as possible before we depart:)

I'll start. Just go in order (1.2.3.) up to 1k.

If you can link to a pic as well it can be some fun to see what you can find in regards to the number you are posting...

Suspended for the rest of the regular season, thats it...and if the players team makes the play offs they get to play...F'en weak ass policy. I say automatic 2 yrs suspension, suspend until they prove themselves innocent and where is all the media attacks and so forth..weak...weak! Crap, they can do what ROCK Racing is doing for cycling, gather all the controversial players and put them on one team, I wonder how that would fly in the NFL.

Its a brain exercise to see how well your cycling vocabulary is. Try not to duplicate as much as possible... It's gonna happen, just try not to do it the same word is obviously within the last 10 or so posts. I know there is a lot of lingo I don't know. Please keep the words cycling related.

Take the last letter of the previously posted word....

This is an example:

cyclist

Tire

Life Lines...

Roadies Dic... http://members.tripod.com/geert_pc/slang.htm ...
