Tour Disappointment?

What happened to the crazy RACC’ers that I left in Europe?

Here I sit watching the tour on TV waiting to see 2Niner & Big Wave Dave ambush Contador & the Schleck brothers on the last climb to Mont Ventoux. Maybe a flag in the drive train or just a good ole fashioned Hulk Hogan clothes line would have done the trick…..I know what you’re probably thinking …..Who would have thought……Guth cheering on Lance? I can’t believe it myself! For some strange reason I had a change of heart and found myself rooting for the man I had loved to hate. I don’t know why or understand how this happened! Wow!!!! is all I can say. What a comeback! Although I won’t be digging out & sporting the yellow bracelets that I collected over the years; I will however, cheer him to the 3rd place podium spot on his way into Paris! I’m not sure where this will stand compared to the 7 Tour victories but for me it was amazing. Way to go Lance! Now to find another roadie to hate:)

I must say it was a disappointing race this year... no doping scandals! Normally every stage had someone and I thought the year was gonna start off great with Boonen's cocain problem...

I'm not really disappointed, it was a good race, and trust me I would rather be there instead of here... Lance did awesome for a 4 year break.
