I must be going crazy or I am bored here in Israel. A friend and I decide to ride 20 km for a coffee and Orange juice. Road back to the room while riding back we decided to do a triathlon swim 400 meter ride 20km and run 4.2km. Started at 9am with a temp of 80 when all complete it was over 90. I can't remember that last time I went swimming or ran for that matter. Can't wait to get back and ride with the RACC. 6 Weeks to go.

Is it the people or no trails. I sure if you get out on the bike you might change your mind. Have a great time on the bike.
