MTB Creed...

Mkay...so I was bored and got all mopey cause the weather was kinda bad and I'm sick so I couldnt go out and ride today...so I found the riflemans creed online and wrote this as kind of a joke...I showed it to Jon (Brown Bear) and he told me to post it lol so here...hope yall get a kick out of reading it as much as I got a kick outta writing it...


This is my bicycle. There are many like it, but this bike is mine. Riding is my life. I must master my bike to master the ride. Without me, my bicycle goes nowhere. Without my bicycle, I go nowhere. I must ride my bike true. I will ride over every trail that challenges me and brings me joy. I will crash before I give in. I will ride…

On my favorite post-ride brew, I swear this creed. My bicycle and I are the adventurers of the world. We are the masters of the trail. Riding is the savior of my life. So be it, until every trail is ridden and every race is won. Ride!

Wow K Im like really all choked up. That was simply the best bike peom I have ever read. You should submit it to MTB Magazine or Road. Or any bike mag for that matter. Just wonderful!
