How far and how hard. I am nursing a tender knee with patellor tendonitis from running too much. Hard efforts are no kind to the knee. I have been doing some easy riding, but would love some company on Sunday.

I am going to say I am in then. Where do you usually meet? The only place I have started the F-trail from is the cemetary.

Great ride Mark. Came home and cleaned my bike after seeing yours shame my dirty rig. Computer quit recording at 14.5 miles (right at restaraunt). We won't talk what the average heart rate was.

Yes it was!!! Had a great time, the B side (south side trail) was in perfect shape and the weather couldn't have been better...

You missed an awesome ride...we did the second side which I think is longer and flows faster.
Boy are my shoulders sour today from bobbing and weaving between all the trees and rocks...
