How exciting was your afternoon/evening? How about getting T-boned on the A6 heading towards Ramstein by and out of control family van. Monique took the brunt of the impact, side air bags deployed, all is good, minor whiplash and bumps and bruises. My beloved Volvo will surely be missed we had a many exciting drives, she showed me what an addrenilin rush felt like after a along day at work...she will surely be missed, may her automotive soul rest in piece and may her donated parts give another Volvo a longer life span...she will surley be missed. What really pisses me off, is after making sure Monique was okay, I ensured the driver of the van and her two small children were okay on two seperate occsions, I didn't get that same courtesy in return from the husband of the van driver - a 1Sgt, non-the less until. After being on sene for approximately 40 mins when we were leaving, he finally asked Monique if she was okay- lame just f'en lame...I had a few choice words for him at the V-Weh Law Enforcement Desk. But a of now all is okay. Sad Sad Sad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

Holy Crapola! Glad to hear you all made it out OK:) Did they at least ticket the van driver? There will aleays be new cars.....The good thing is that none were injured! Hey IMBA members can get a $3600 rebate on Subaru's:) Oh and by the way who needs 300HP? Your an old man you should be driving an old peoples car:) Make a few Appts. with Wolfgang he's good at getting rid of pain.

Hey guys I really appreciate the concern for Monique and myself. can't say as much for my own unit, not one M-fer has so much as attempted to check up on us! Don't wish that on anyone, specially your children. Just so you know...it happened so fast, 3 to 4 seconds maybe, but everything was in slow motion, strange.

And as Volvo's slogan goes...

Not sure yet , I'll get ahold of them tomorrow, but looks like it will be totaled, frame looks bent. Just hope I come out on top with some $ for a down payment for another vehicle.
