If there's anyone who runs and wants to train, I'd love to have some partners to meet up now and again.
Tonight I'll be going for an easy 4-5 in the trails between Mackenbach, Miesenbach, and Ramstein-Miesenbach.

Tomorrow (Monday evening) I plan on hitting the track at the Olympic-something-or-another in Ramstein-Miesenbach just off of L356.

If anyone does any planned track workouts I'd be interested in syching up, we don't have to do the same workout but having someone there on those hard workouts is always a helper. I live a block away and can bring water, GU etc.

I run about 30 to 40 miles a week. I live in Quidersbach but run everywhere give me a holler and I can sho you some cool running places.
