Veterans Day ride
Veterans Day MTB ride
Hitting the trails around Neustadt an der Weinstrasse.
Meet at the Gwoog parking lot on 11 NOV at 0730 to carpool to the start point.
This is a trail that I found online. I have never been on this trail, but it has good reviews from other mountain bikers and is said to be almost 100% single track. So if you're looking for some fun and adventure come on out and join me. The route is 22km long with 680Hm. If we want to ride longer we can turn around at the end and ride it in the opposite direction.

If you plan on coming along make sure to post so we know who to expect.

Re: Veterans Day ride
Thanks everybody who made it out yesterday. It was awesome ride and great weather. I will definitely be doing this trail again. Lots of technical climbing and the downhill portion was the shi-at. I am still stoked. Pics will be posted later.
The final numbers were 24km and 865m of vert.

Re: Veterans Day ride
Definately was a great ride. Only thing that could have made it better is if one of the gasthauses had been open for a beer towards the end. Thanks for leading the ride Steve. Also a huge thanks to Holly for the chocolate chip cookies too!
