What's in your water bottle?
Hey guys... Just curious as to what is in your water bottle.
I used Hammer Nutrions Heed initially... It was recommended by Les cause of the "all natural" and it doesn't upset the stomach. I'm running Accelerade now per Merles recommendation...
I really don't know jack-all about this stuff, but either didn't hurt my stomach and it quenches my thirst. I like the Accelerade cause it doesn't leave a sticky taste in my mouth like the Head did.
So what's in your bottle?

I drink water. Sometimes if I'm feeling crazy, I'll throw some gatorate powder in.

High Energy Electrolyte Drink!
Your are all silly about the head thing...
If your buying Accelerade, might as well buy Endurox!

I used to drink Gatorade and other sports drinks but they gave me heart burn. Now I just drink water and I seem to be OK. Sometimes I'll put a few squirts of lemon juice in there for a refreshing taste during the hot summer days.

Ya...I wouldn't recommend head while riding...might end up with more than a sticky taste in your mouth!

Water, and in the winter I add a shot of Bourbon to keep it from freezing...

Re: What's in your water bottle?
I just bought those tablets for the camelback, but I have not tried them yet.
Update: Tablets worked out pretty good. One tablet is good for 16oz the size of a normal water bottle ( I checked). The taste is not bad, but it is not great neither, but I felt good after the ride and I was not thirsty during. I think I will continue to buy this product.
