House for Rent...Landstuhl

A couple folks have asked me if my house was already taken. The answer is no:) The landlord did say if we know of anyone to please let her know. She will be listing it at the housing office if she doesn't hear from me by the end of the week. The only reason I'm posting this is because it is such a good location for MTBing:) The lady who owns it is pretty cool & you don't hear from her unless you call her. She is quick to respond to any problems and usually can have whatever it is repaired the same day. Give me a call if you're interested and I can give you more information. I won't be moving to the LRMC area until Summer, but am starting my search for houses now. I'm looking for 4bdrs and approx 220 sqm or larger...any suggestions? Thanks

Dude wish you were here next week! My house is 4 bed with a office, dining room , living room and large kitchen! not to mention bathrooms on all floors:) The back yard has access to the local trail network.
Since you're going to be at the LRMC, I'd recommend the Landstul Melkerei. Great location to work/trails and is also a safe place. I keep my doors locked and never had any problems. My neighbor is a Dr. at Landstuhl and will be leaving sometime this summer. I'll talk with them and get their info for you. His house is owned by the same owner as mine and is a mirror image of mine.
